Fibromyalgia Problem #371

on September 17, 2013

You get dressed in something cute for once, only to change immediately because clothes you’ve worn comfortably for the last two years, suddenly feel like they’re made out of sandpaper.

  1. Ugh I know that feeling well. My skin feels like it’s on fire sometimes!

My skin was on fire. I had a migraine last night and despite knowing that my skin was in super-sensitive mode, I put minty smelling pain relief cream on my jaw, up the side of my face, on my neck and shoulders. Holy Hell that hurt like a mofo.

Ah, yes. Why do the cute clothes have to be so uncomfortable?

    • csgomez79 says:

I ended up putting on a soft, knit skirt. My daughter asked me, “Why are you dressed up?”. Ha! Black really does make anything dressy. When I went to bed, I kept the skirt on and wore a soft pj top inside out. We should start a new trend of wearing everything inside out.

Can’t possibly understate how many times I’ve done this. Ugh.

Keep it positive...
